Jef Gravis

La succession de Jef Gravis détient le droit exclusif de concéder aux tiers un droit d’exploitation sur les œuvres de l’artiste en ce compris le droit de reproduction et/ou de représentation au sens des dispositions du Livre III du Code de la propriété intellectuelle, ainsi que sur les droits de la personnalité de l’artiste et les marques.

La succession de Jef Gravis a confié un mandat de gestion des droits d’auteur de l’artiste à l'ADAGP - société des auteurs dans les arts graphiques et plastiques - pour la France et le reste du monde. Ainsi, toute demande d’exploitation relative aux œuvres de l’artiste doit être transmise soit directement à la succession de Jef Gravis soit à l’ADAGP pour accord préalable. Tout usage non autorisé est constitutif d'un délit de contrefaçon.

The Estate of Jef Gravis has the exclusive right to grant to third parties a right to exploit works of the artist including the right of reproduction and / or representation within the meaning of the provisions of Book III of the Code of Intellectual Property, as well as the rights of the artist's personality and trademarks.

Jef Gravis Estate entrusted the ADAGP - a society of authors in the graphic and plastic arts - to manage the artist's copyright for France and the rest of the world. Any request for exploitation relating to the artist's works must be forwarded either directly to the Jef Gravis Estate or to the ADAGP for prior approval. Any unauthorized use constitutes an offense of counterfeiting.
